Women in Islam
Women in Islam
Islam guarantees the right of women. Islam has given the highest honor and security of women's lives and property. Islam has provided them security, taken care of their dignity, guaranteed their welfare.
The various verses and hadiths of the Qur'an contain clear descriptions of women's rights, dignity and their evaluation.
A man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who he would serve, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, 'Your mother.' The man asked again, then who? The Prophet replied, 'Your mother.' The man asked again, "O Messenger, then who?" The beloved Prophet replied again, ‘Your mother’. The man asked again, O Messenger of Allah, then who? Then for the fourth time to answer the Prophet Karim. He said, 'Your father' (Al-Hadith).
Isn't it clear that the dignity of women is three times higher than that of men? Then let's talk about women's livelihood.
All the women of the world and their children are entrusted to the shoulders of men. This is the natural law of Allah. Shariat is also made according to nature. Even then, women's ownership and authority in their own field is recognized in Islam. However, women have emphasized on their safety in order to protect their motherhood, femininity, chastity, faith and dignity.
It has kept women away from men's behavior, strict burden of livelihood, hard physical labor, unsafe movement etc. This is not to neglect him but to show respect and dignity to his non-alternative responsibilities. Because, birth of human child, upbringing, management of the family, peaceful shelter of men are all the work of women. As such, the intention of Islam is to keep women happy, safe, undisturbed, holy and secure.
However, the unconditional participation of women with men by denying or distorting the characteristics, regular illness, physical constitution, natural enchantment, etc. that nature has given her for the sake of motherhood is not Islamic. That is why free intercourse between men and women is forbidden in Sharia. If necessary, subject to the observance of the conditions of the Shari'ah, observance of the veil, restraint of vision, etc., the earth has also kept social transactions valid.
Women can play a role in everything except the building of the Islamic Ummah (head of the caliphate) and the Imamate of the Muslim Jamaat (the Imamate of the men's congregation). It is not contempt for women, but absolute respect for the characteristics of motherhood. However, due to excessive affection, humility and tenderness and limitations of feeling due to field especially cowardice, inattention, lack of environmental knowledge (with few exceptions) usually women cannot always maintain a normal mindset in all cases.
Therefore, in some important cases, their testimony has been equated with one. However, this is also not the case in all areas of life except the legal field. This is the decision of the Supreme Creator, the Wise. Just as man has no hand in nature, no complaint, just as man has no hand in law, no complaint, cannot exist.
