Rights of Others in Islam

Rights of Others in Islam
Severe punishment for those who do not protect their deposits, cheat people, take away the rights of others. One of the characteristics of a Momin servant is that he will be trusted. the Prophet (peace be upon him) was virtuous. Dear Prophet (peace be upon him) was a depositor from an early age. The Jew was no longer a Christian; all the doctrines believed him and kept him valuable furniture.

Debt and realizing the rights of others are two important provisions of Islam. Therefore, every right of other Muslims must be properly observed. If you take a loan, it is essential to repay it on time. Islam has repeatedly warned us about transactions or loans. He also warned against consuming any person's wealth illegally. It is also an act of worship to pay the dues of others and to compete in this regard.

It is haraam for a rich and able-bodied person to neglect debt collection without acceptable reasons. This is unfair to the opponent. We have to be ashamed in this world and in the hereafter because of such activities.

Islam has emphasized on loans and transactions. You have given a lot of value and dignity. A jurist called it "half of the religion." Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that when the body of a debt-ridden dead person (for funeral) was presented, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would ask, ‘Has he left any unpaid debt? If he was told that he had paid, he would offer his (janaza) prayers.

Otherwise, he would have said, "Perform the janaza of your partner." (Bukhari and Muslim)
There are some of us who have a very bored attitude towards debt. They do not even pay attention to the rights of the lender. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, "All his sins will be forgiven except the debt of the martyr who sacrificed his life in the way of Allah."
